Founder, ListenVegas · Communication Instructor · Voice Specialist · TEDx Speaker
Millian Quinteros has spent three decades studying, performing, and teaching the human voice, from broadcast booths and stage mics to over 10,000 professional voice projects. Today he brings all of it to Las Vegas, producing honest local audio, training speakers to own the room, and building a communication method grounded in the science of the nervous system.
Millian Quinteros has been in front of a microphone in one form or another for over thirty years. What started as formal voice training grew into two decades inside music, radio, broadcasting, and podcasting, and eventually into a full career built entirely around the idea that how you sound is how you're heard.
As a freelance voice over artist, Millian has completed more than 10,000 professional voice projects across commercial and media work. As a podcast producer and broadcaster with AllTalkRadio, TheCityFM and the Mises Institute, he has produced over 3000 episodes and personally trained speakers on delivery, pacing, and clarity. He is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Communication at Eastern New Mexico University, adding academic depth to decades of real, on-air experience.
In Las Vegas, that experience became ListenVegas, an audio and pdocast production company built on the belief that this city has stories worth hearing beyond the Strip. Millian is personally hands-on with every project, from the flagship Listen Vegas podcast to AudioCurio™ legacy recordings, audio guestbooks, and done-for-you podcasting for local organizations.
He has taken the stage as a TEDx speaker at Las Vegas Academy Youth, appeared on the MediaCon panel at Eastern New Mexico University, and was named a finalist in the National Speakers Association's Last Story Standing competition, all in 2025 alone.
Millian is the creator of The NeuroVoice System™, an applied framework that integrates voice, breath, and movement to improve communication performance and reduce speaking anxiety.
The system draws on principles consistent with Polyvagal Theory, including work associated with Dr. Stephen Porges, focusing on how vocal behavior and breath patterns influence the body's autonomic state, and in turn, how effectively a person communicates under pressure.
Structured, student-centered instruction built from real broadcasting and voice experience, not theory alone.
Whether it's a podcast, a keynote, a workshop, or a voice over project, Millian brings thirty years of experience and a framework built on how communication actually works.
